If advertisers wish to have
their advertisement removed from the Internet this will be done, but no refunds will be made. If an advertised business is
sold, the advertising can be transferred to new owners for the remaining paid/sponsored period. Eden Valley Websites
reserves the right to refuse any advertisement/sponsorship and will not be liable for any loss or expense in so doing.
Privacey
Eden Valley Websites treats personal information of site users and
advertisers/sponsors with the utmost respect and confidentiality and will take reasonable steps to ensure that information
is stored securely and accurately. Personal information will never be provided to a third party for marketing or promotional

Changes to pricing and conditions

Refunds

not offer refunds. However, we will always endeavour to provide value for money. In the event of a disagreement between Eden
Valley Websites and a paying customer/advertiser/sponsor, we will act lawfully and in a fair and reasonable manner.
Free links
Eden Valley Websites occasionally provide free website hyperlinks to selected businesses and services. Free
links can be removed upon request.
Endorsements
Eden Valley Websites do
not imply or infer any endorsements or guarantees for any business/sponsor, paid for or free, included in any websites that
