Sunnymeade guest house sits in an acre of pretty garden situated between the North Devon beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe, close to Exmoor.

There are twelve tastefully decorated bedrooms, most en suite and deaf accessible.

All bedrooms in the guest house have lovely views overlooking the countryside or the garden, and contain colour television and tea and coffee making facilities.

A homely and kindly place to stay

'Upon arrival we were shown to our accomodation (a ground floor room since my husband has difficulty with stairs) and immediately offered tea following our journey… Mr and Mrs Hunt were kindness itself and I enjoyed some excellent evening meals with locally sourced meat, fish and vegetables, and home-made desserts… I would have no hesitation in recommending Sunnymeade to friends or family.'

Woolacombe Beach

We have a large car park, enough for 24 cars, with marked parking bays including 3 for disabled drivers.
The car park is large enough to accommodate specially adapted vehicles to park, turn and unload wheelchair bound passengers/drivers.
The car park is illuminated during hours of darkness.
There is a purpose built 1 in 13 ramp from the car park up to the front door. We are able to assist guests with their luggage, if required.
Main Entrance & Reception We have an automatic entry front door with code for access provided to guests. The width of the door is 34”.
We have 4 rooms on the ground floor that are wheelchair accessible, 2 have wheel-in-showers and 2 have walk-in showers.

As a disabled friendly accommodation, we can cater for all guests in comfort.

Award winning home cooked food using fresh local produce wherever possible is served in our dining room. Special diets can be catered for and there is always a vegetarian choice on the menu. We have a cosy licensed bar for a welcome drink after a busy day.
