Welcome to what has been described as one of the most exciting developments in recent social history. TLC means - Tender Loving Care, and that is what the TLC Trust is all about: helping professional sex workers and other service providers cater to the needs of the sexually dispossessed. 

The TLC website is run by volunteers who care that disabled people do not live their lives in frustration, and can grow and learn from sex workers in order to follow their sexual dreams.

They also aim to encourage the use of sex workers as facilitators, enablers and educators.
